About Karen Que

Bio3Here’s my story:

I’ve been negotiating and making money since I was 6 years old. My family lived near a golf course and starting when I was about 6 years old, a couple of neighborhood friends and I would frequently go out into the woods around the golf course to collect the golfers lost balls.   We loved the adventure of the woods and the experience of looking for the golf balls was like finding lost treasure.

It didn’t take us too long to figure out that we could sell these balls back to the golfers 5 for a dollar, turning that treasure into reward. One day I set up to sell golf balls near the first tee on my side of the fence and the owner of the golf course came over to talk with me.

At first I thought I was in trouble because the rumors were that the owner was not so nice, but then he offered to buy all the golf balls I had for ten cents a ball. Then he offered to buy all the balls I could find on a regular basis for the same price. After a couple of questions and a little thought, I accepted both of his offers and then asked if he would give my two friends the same opportunity, which he agreed to do.

I still remember how the adrenalin was running thru my body giving me a sense of my destiny, I felt like I was on top of the world and I remember how my parents were very proud of me. This was my first business deal, my first taste of entrepreneurship, and from that time on, I’ve been hooked.

Business is in my blood.

Since then I’ve spent 20 plus years:

  • Developing skills in Management, Business Development, and Systems Engineering

  • Owning Three successful Small Businesses across Multiple Industries

  • Understanding that People are our Greatest Business Asset and company Culture, Partners, Suppliers, Service Providers and other Business Relationships can Make or Break your Success.

  • Creating a Layered Approach to Marketing, Management, Service, and Sales Strategy

  • Assessing Shifts in Markets, Business, and Partnerships to Create Growth

  • Establishing Systems and Processes that Create Business Stability and a Platform for Success

And now I spend my time working with Business Owners and Entrepreneurs who are Driven, Go Getters, Master Practitioners, who are looking for their Next Level, looking to Harness Growth, or need help with their Role as CEO. I infuse big business ideas into your small business.



Karen Que is the Founder and CEO of Q infusion LLC. She works together with small business owners and entrepreneurs to build their CEO skills, implement systems that create stability, and infuse big business thinking and strategy into their growth plans. Karen’s passion for business and deep desire to help clients achieve their best success is at the heart of why she launched Q infusion.

Karen spent the majority of her corporate career working for a large Information Technology company where she left a legacy of excellence in Management, Business Development, and Systems Engineering.

After jumping off the corporate ladder to make family a priority she found her ultimate purpose through a journey of self-discovery, emotional insight, and multiple entrepreneurial endeavors. Through her speaking engagements she shares lessons from the highs and lows of this journey with humor and honesty.

Karen has a B.A. in Political Science and is an ITIL Master (Information Technology Infrastructure Library Service Manager Certificate)
